The Association for the Advancement of Science and Engineering Education (AASEE) seeks to inspire future science and engineering leaders.<\/p>\n
AASEE gives priority to diverse populations, namely Canada\u2019s first nations peoples, girls, and those in financial need, as well as rural populations. We are mandated to work across the globe, and are implementing an ambitious plan.\u00a0To do so, AASEE designs\u00a0<\/span><\/span>educational outreach workshops at the K-12 l<\/span><\/span>evel<\/span><\/span>\u00a0and travels to specific schools and school boards<\/span><\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>The<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>l<\/span><\/span>essons the volunteers<\/span><\/span>\u00a0teach\u00a0<\/span><\/span>are\u00a0<\/span><\/span>curriculum-<\/span><\/span>relevant, hands-on\u00a0<\/span><\/span>activities, which<\/span><\/span>\u00a0are meant t<\/span><\/span>o enga<\/span><\/span>ge\u00a0<\/span><\/span>the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>student, along with teachers.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The Association for the Advancement of Science and Engineering Education is a registered charity in Canada.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The Association for the Advancement of Science and Engineering Education (AASEE) is dedicated to advancing science and engineering education at the K-12 level.
